In order to rent a car from us, all drivers must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. An additional government-issued ID, such as a passport or state or national identification, will be needed.

Once you have decided to book with us, please send us a booking request that specifies your desired pick-up location and your chosen rental dates. We will contact you shortly after receiving your request with a list of available cars on the dates given.

On the day of your car rental pick-up, you will be required to leave a deposit of $ 200 and to sign a contract detailing the conditions of the car rental before being granted access to your chosen car. The $ 200 deposit will be released to you after the car rental has been returned.

No additional fees or taxes will be added to the price we present to you. The price you are given is your final price and includes:

• all taxes and fees;
• free cancelation or changes to your existing reservation for up to 24 hours before pick-up (for most bookings);
• door-to-door delivery (within Bavaro);
• unlimited mileage;
• standard insurance coverage.

We offer our clients free cancellation of their reservations for most bookings. Reach out to our customer service team to find out if free cancellation applies to your reservation.

Renters can add an additional driver to their reservation free of charge.

Yes! We provide car rentals for clients with no set minimum rental period.

Car rentals are authorized for use within the Dominican Republic. Drivers are not allowed to cross the country’s borders with their car rental.

Renters can pick up and drop off their rental cars within Bavaro.

Every car rental comes with standard insurance coverage. However, it is possible to add on a more comprehensive insurance policy with a fixed $ 200 deductible for the cost of 20% of your rental total.

Child car seats are available to add-on to your car rental.

It is possible to rent a car with a private driver for hire.

Traffic tickets will be issued to you personally under your legal name. You are therefore responsible for paying off any fines that you may acquire throughout your rental period.

You can find information on tolls and toll fees throughout the Dominican Republic using the Waze navigation app. All tolls are to be paid in Dominican Pesos.

It’s our policy to contact the last renter of a car if any items are found within it immediately following drop off. You may also contact our office manager to report a lost item (s).

We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards. Payments can be made on-site within our office.

We accept payments in cash for all rentals. Cash payments can be made on-site within our office.

We accept crypto payments for all car rentals.

You can obtain a discount on your rental by following us on Instagram. Discounts of up to 50% are also given based on the longevity of your car rental.
